- Be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on important people related issues. You will coach, mentor and guide clients on organizational effectiveness as well as on their own professional development.

- Lead and drive talent reviews to identify top talent. Partner with business leadership and individuals to work on structured development plans and lead/track progress

- Broker career progression opportunities for top talent by being an advocate/sponsor and landing them business critical roles.

- Interact with clients on regular basis to understand the business needs and challenges and provide a diverse point of view.

- Collaborate with the various HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to create and execute on talent plans that respond to the business needs.

- Provide clients with data and analytics that support the business including external market insights, trends and competitor intelligence.

- Lead the HR component of complex, large scale change and transformation programs including M&A activity, if any.

- Make organizational design recommendations that support strategic objectives including having the right talent in the right roles at the right time.

- Develop the next generation of leaders

- Be the coordination point for any service related issues and escalate as appropriate within GHR.

- Contribute to senior, strategic business hiring decisions.

- Contribute to the case management of senior, sensitive (i.e. impactful, high profile) employee relations cases.

- Drive the adoption of GHR(Global Human Resource) service delivery model and employee self-service.
