Location : Madhya Pradesh/Gujarat/Rajasthan/Andhra Pradesh/Karnataka/Tamil Nadu.

Years of experience : 10+ years

Responsibilities:

- Work as a Profit Centre Head.

- Setting up of distribution channel in terms of appointing Channel Partners – Dealers.

- Financing in both retail & bulk segment (key accounts).

- Recruitment of Sales Team – Both On Rolls and Off Rolls.

- Training of channels sales team / Dealer staff.

- Business development & Sales operations management, Client servicing.

- Setting Targets and Motivating employees as a leader/Head of zone to meet the minimum requisites.

- Cost effectiveness ,Operations & Delinquency Control.

- Team & Branch Management.

- Identifying new spoke location and branch for business.

- Recognizing experienced manpower and appointing in various location.

- Generating Income by cross selling product through the branches.

- Accountable for overall profitability of the region.
