We have multiple openings for State Heads (Sales) with Big name in the FMCG sector catering to Personal Care Products. Details are as follows:

State Head : 24 positions (Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujrat, Haryana, HP,J&K, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerela, MP, Maharashtra, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, TN,UP, WB)

Job Responsibilities:

- responsible for the development & execution of Annual Business Operating plan for a specified region

- achieving monthly business targets & goals

- manage the monthly cash flow plans

- establish & maintain relationships with the distributors& C&F’s

- handle the sales team to maximize its efficiency&be responsible for its training, development& performance evaluation

CTCon offer: 8-10 Lacs PA

Must Have:

- Seven-Ten Years of experience in a relevant FMCG Organization

- Should have experience in handling a state/districts, independently as a sales head

- Should have experience in handling a typical FMCG distribution network with extensive contacts in trade & retail for the region

- Should have experienced in handling large team directly and indirectly
