State Head - Sales & Distribution (Cat 1, 2)
Position Brief : Responsible for Sales, Distribution & Development of Category 1, 2 products and parlours sales in respective territory state to promote the Sales & Distribution of Milk & Milk Products, by ensuring ISO guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities :
1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
2. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
3. Promote and extend the Company parlors and parlor sales in the area of operation.
4. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
5. Administration of Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
6. Crates Management and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products - Cat 1&2
7. Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.
8. Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
9. Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
Education/Certifications and Experience :
- Preferably Post Graduate / PG Diploma Holder in Sales & Marketing
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Distribution Experience and who is having a minimum 3-5 yrs of experience in a Manager Level to handle the ASM's & Executives.
- Experience in Dairy industry shall be considered.
