Designation : State Head- Retail- Ops /Sales

Location : Patna-Bihar

Education & Experience and KRA :

- 15+ years of Experience in Managing Operations & Sales for overall Retail Business (fuel & non fuel business) Including Network Expansions in Petroleum Industry

- Managing a network channel partners, Convenience Stores and Smartcare centres.

Job Responsibilities :

- As State Head His KRA's involve empowering a diverse team of Sales, Marketing, project and corporate staff towards expedient roll out of Petroleum Retail Outlets in the State within the strategic framework of business and statutory needs.

- The Job includes channel finalization, presentation to key prospects, land and property negotiation, lead sales and process excellence towards customer delight and market share augmentation .

- Ensure HSE policies adaptation within the state, Exercise power of attorney for bipartite channel and property agreements .

- Own state level revenue and expense budgets and apportion them strategically.

- Act as principal employer and mentor for company at outsourced staffing locations and point of sales.
