POSITION / TITLE: - State Head (Mega Accounts ) - Project Sales - Building Material   REQUIREMENTS: -   Education : Post Graduates in MBA ( Marketing & Sales )or Equivalent Experience   Experience: Minimum 12 - 20 Years of Experience  Industry : Building Materials   Location : Hyderabad   Language: Command over English, Hindi and Local Language.   Market Knowledge : Command in Market Knowledge   Specific Skill Sets : Project Sales / Institutional Sales   Others: Handling High Volume Business.   JOB TASK / DUTIES: -   - Responsible for high Value and Volume Project Sales/Institutional Sales as per the quantumset by the management.  - Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for product and service.  - Direct Sales forecasting activities and set Performance goals accordingly   - Establish and maintain relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners.   - Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.  - Cultivate and maintain effective business relationship with executive decision makers in large account.   - Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.  END RESULTS:   - SALES   1. Ensure Sales in Value and Volume terms as per the targets fixed by the company on yearly as well as month to month basis for various product groups as well as factories.   2. Ensure Sales of L3&L4 (High Value) product by upgrading the customers in all product categories.   3. Ensure adequate order book and enquiry book in place.   4. Ensure Sales from all customers as per their potential.   5.
