State Head - Luxury & Lifestyle Bath-fittings (6-8 yrs)
Managing dealers and sub-dealers network.
Generating sale from dealers- network, projects and achieving sales target.
Coordinating with sales coordinators and monitoring dispatches for timely delivery.
Coordinating with sales support team and solving customer complaints.
Constant focus on c-form and payment collection.
Conducting and participating in marketing activities like Exhibitions, Architects Meet and Plumbers Meet etc.
Making optimum use of company resources through operating SAP.
Keeping MIS updated through generating and collecting data which useful for company and myself.
Appointing new sub-dealers and generating secondary sale to boost the sale of Distributor.
Designing and implementing schemes for authorized dealers & sub-dealers.
