State Head - HR & Admin - Media (10-12 yrs)

Require State HR & Admin Head for Rajasthan ( to be based at Jaipur ) for a leading media organization.

To head the HR & Admin function (end to end) for Rajasthan including 14 Units.

Employee Strength: Approx 2000+

MBA—HR with 10 to 12 years of experience in any industry, preferably from large sized and process oriented organizations- IT/Banking/FMCG Telecom, Banking, Services, Hospitality

TALENT ACQUISITION

i. Ensuring the lead time for recruitment, recruitment budget

ii. Pre & post recruitment documentation

iii. On boarding/ Employee orientations

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT/ TALENT RETENTION

i. Employee confirmations & probations tracking & review

ii. Assist in training and development activities

iii. Quarterly Review of Action Plans by Managers in respective Corporate Sales & update on Gallup Online

iv. Sustenance of existing R & R schemes

v. Workforce Planning/ Diversity

vi. 100% compliance to organization’s policies

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

i. Facilitation on defining KRA's

ii. Implement comprehensive meritocracy based performance management system & hence linking it to Reward Management

iii. Assist in providing insight and support to managers for performance management planning, appraisals

PEOPLE SOFT/ PERSONNEL/ PAYROLL

i. Updation of complete Job Data for all employees

i. On Time Payroll Input through PeopleSoft without gaps

ii. Payroll calendar adherence

Other HR responsibilities

i. Drive SLT to achieve its core objectives of leadership alignment at state level.

ii. 100% compliance to State Priorities / AOP

iii. 100% compliance to Statutory requirement

iv. Experience in handling of Admin & facilities function Dealing with Sr. Business Leaders with fair influencing skills

v. Should preferably have worked in a Matrix reporting structure
