The company is expanding at an exponential rate and is looking to add new products to their portfolio. Currently, they are looking for a State Head for one of their Northern Markets.  Job Description  Reporting to the Zonal Head, you will be responsible for:  - Developing and implementing a robust sales strategy for the region and work on expanding the distribution network, and increasing productivity from existing channels.  - Working with distributors/bottlers to develop a sales plan for the state and work closely with your team to implement it in a timely manner.  - Working closely with your brand/marketing team to implement BTL strategies/activation at the state level thereby targeting the ideal customer segment.  - Leading a team of territory sales manager and area sales managers, and assisting in their development  The Successful Applicant  You will be a post graduate with at least 6 years of experience in the FMCG/Alcohol industry. Prior experience in North India and the experience of leading teams is a must.
