State Head - Collections - Commercial Vehicle & Passenger Car

Key Objective of the Job:

- Recovery of overdue payments from customers through Agencies (in case of 1~4 bucket) or CREs (in case of 5~10 bucket).

Major Deliverables:

- Maturity efficiency.

- Roll rates of defined buckets.

- Repossession (through agencies) and release of vehicles.

- Guiding the Agencies , CREs and AMRs to achieve the targets.

- Supervising/ guiding the team of Agencies, CREs and AMRs
