Position : State Head

Reportees : Marketing Manager and SOs

Superior : Regional Head (East)

Span of control : Entire West Bengal

Base location : Kolkata

Qualification : MBA (FT) from Premier and Tier 1 B School only

Experience : 5 - 16 years

CTC budget : 22-35 lacs per annum

Primary Responsibilities :

In charge of :

- Business Plan Achievement

- Dealer Management & Network expansion

- Marketing/Branding/Media Planning/ Communication

- MIS, Commercials, Logistics /Supply Chain Management

- Manpower Management

- Customer Management

- Large Buyer Management

- Pricing & Annual Budgeting for West Bengal state
