- Responsible to manage the business of entire Gujarat region.

- Handling business across Channels like Retail, Project etc.

- Leading a Team of ASM / ASE of entire Gujarat region.

- Responsible for overseeing complete channel sales operations with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ quarterly / annual sales targets & executing them in a given time frame

- Driving business growth thru identification of new market segments.

- Mapping clients requirements, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.

Reporting to: GM West

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should be Full-Time MBA

- Should have work experience of Gujarat region.

- Should have experience working in Building Material Industries like Tile, Paint, Sanitary Ware, Cement & allied products.
