About the Role:  To manage the credit and compliance aspect of digital online business on Star Network  Context:  Online Ad Operations support with perspective of credit mgmt., compliance and cash flow management  Key Responsibilities:  - Monitor the end to end Deal execution and compliance, including ensuring adherence to policies and procedures  - Manage the collections accounting and accounts receivables for Ad Sales for digital business  - Track Bad Debts and highlighting potential areas  - Review of existing credit policies from time to time  - Post facto deal evaluations  - Preparation and review of MIS pertaining to collections and accounts receivable  - Lead projects for Process improvement in the area of Ad Sales digital business  Performance Measures:  - Zero bad debts   - Ensuring key compliance  - Manage risk and revenue   - Credit evaluation  Qualification:  - Post Graduate (MBA) / CA  - 6-9 years of relevant experience  Knowledge & Skills:  - Strong business orientation and able to develop deep understanding of Order to Cash process.  - Should have a strong process mind set and ability to see through the process implementation.  - Excellent communication skills, including ability to take up process related issues with Stakeholders and resolve them.  - Good understanding of SOX/Commercial Controls  - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details  - High level of customer orientation (Both Internal and external)  Personal Attributes:  - Ability to work in fast paced environment  - Self-Motivated
