Responsible for implementing tools/techniques to capture, manage and analyse data across all domains.   - Complex data modelling and data mining skills.  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.  - Sound understanding of analytics techniques and technologies in the area of analytics to generate meaningful and actionable insights:  - Experience with Visualization Tools such as Qlikview, Tableau and Power BI.  - Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel and Powerpoint.  - Working experience with BI tools like Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc (preferred)  - Knowledge of a statistical programming language, like R or Python, and a database querying language like SQL (preferred)  - Ability to manage change and to provide leadership in the area of complex data management solutions.  - Identify, implement and drive adoption of new analytic technologies and solutions.   - Identify new process improvement opportunities.   Personal Skills :   - Ability to nurture and manage team of high performers.  - Candidates will be expected to successfully prioritize and manage multiple analytical projects / adhoc requests to support business initiatives.  - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.   - Ability to engage meaningfully with senior business leaders and stakeholders.   - Confident with ability to communicate effectively.  - Ability to work with multiple assignments.  Educational/Professional Qualification:   - 8+ years of experience with 5 years of intensive experience of handling data and performing complicated data modelling preferably in a consulting, analytics or operations environment.  - Prior team handling experience is a must.  - Candidates from BFSI especially from Life Insurance will be preferred.
