Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance - Regional Business Services Manager

- Monitor processing and issuance of new business as per SLA for the entire region.

- Handle a team of Support Service officers, Operations executive of the region.

- Engagement and coordination with sales channels & underwriting team for increased efficiency in business issuance.

- Support to business in achievement of FYP targets through achievement of high submission to issuance ratio.

- Manage Branch Operations related activities.

- Manage the customer services & Claims function.

- Monitor audit compliance & analyze deviations.
