Customer Centricity
- Responsible for driving initiatives which makes SUD Life demonstrate customer centricity
- Create new Service Programmes and rally the organization around it
Branding & Communications
- Revisit the brand identity for SUD Life and create a Brand Model which should finally translate into brand values for the organization
- Create clutter-breaking mass media campaigns. High impact with modest budgets
- Find creative formats or programmes where SUD Life brand association can be used intelligently
Channel Support
- Work closely with Sales Channels and create new ideas/solutions to help them sell better and more effectively
- Work closely with other channels like HR to create and promote the company culture and employees friendly initiatives
- Have a strong internal communications programme in place
Market Research
- Generate consumer insights through primary and secondary research
- Collate insights form bank sales personnel as well as bank customers. This should feed into new products or service insights
Events & Sponsorships
- Conceptualise and implement key company events
- Identify right sponsorship opportunities for SUD Life
