About the Role:  - To manage and own the complete sales operations delivery and team management for all Digital Ad Sales across the network.  Context:  - Online Ad Operations & Revenue Management  Key Responsibilities:  - Revenue management for Digital Business (from sales funnel to actual deliveries)  - Revenue and inventory optimization for the Digital Business (Sports and Entertainment)  - Ensure best in class, sales and commercial processes are setup for the digital business.  - Business Lead on technology and monetization initiatives  - Team and stakeholder management  Performance Measures:  - Digital business revenue growth  - Inventory optimization  - Process metrics -green  Qualification:  - Post Graduate (CA/MBA), 8-10 years of prior work experience of which 3-4 years should be in the Online Ad Sales  Knowledge & Skills:  - Prior experience in Commercial/Operational/Sales roles  - Good Communication skills  - Familiarity with Online Advertising Metrics.  - Excel knowledge  - Process Mindset  Personal Attributes:  - Ability to work in fast paced environment  - Self-Motivated  - Ability to see through initiatives and projects
