Context:  - Looking for bright, highly motivated sales manager with a track record of consistently exceeding sales revenues YoY.   - He/she will plan, direct and implement retail sales strategies and programs  - Responsible for achieving/ exceeding the sales objectives for the company.   Key Responsibility:  - Works with Head Retail and key stakeholders to develop, rollout and maintain an efficient retail distribution network- online and offline  - Develop the Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.   - Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region  - Generate sales of company products in the targeted regions through a team of partners  - Drive required training of regional POS objectives as required to ensure sales growth as per annual sales targets  - Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region  - Establish and ensure that all revenue billed/collected are monitored and accurate invoicing is done.  - Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders and building in incentives where required to accomplish the sales targets  - Co-ordinate display stocking, positioning at outlets and working with teams to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the area in order to meet the sales   - delivery schedules and provide the distributors with timely and relevant supplies  - Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region  - Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new retail opportunities in order to increase sales in the region  - Set up a Customer service mechanism to ensure feedback, troubleshooting and monitoring to meet the needs of the customer  - Work with retail head to develop and grow the Regional/area sales organisation structure   Qualification:  - At least 8-10 years of sales experience including 6 years of demonstrated track record of sales, preferably in the retail, telecom or FMCG industry  Knowledge & Skills:  - Excellent presentation skills  - Excel expertise- quick computation and revenue planning  - Experience with new models of retailing, estores/POS/recharge cards etc  - Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes  Personal Attributes:  - Strong selling skills  - Commitment to achieving the sales targets  - Good communication skills in English and Hindi  - Positive thinker and proactive problem solver   - Keeps calm- especially in crisis situations  - Strong leadership skills  - Creative and able to work in a flat and ‘unstructured’ environment
