KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Work closely with Business Head and with other key stakeholders for Business Planning resulting in revenue growth.   - Conduct market research as & when needed, keep track of competition   - Make thorough business plans & work with internal teams to advise management on the pros & cons of the deal from the business perspective.  - Responsible for driving the overall annual plans ( financial/execution) exercise.  PERFORMANCE MEASURES:  - Critical & analytical thinking   - Ability to bring in fresh perspective   - Business Impact   QUALIFICATION:  - MBA from top B-school with 8-9 years of experience ideally from a consulting/I Banking background.  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :  - Good Business Acumen/ understands the levers that drive business.  - Good communication skills   - Ability to work on number crunching / Strong excel and presentation skills  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :  - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability   - Ability to Multi task   - Ability to work under pressure and in deadlines
