Business understanding, communication, people skills, solution-orientation and agility are critical.  Key Responsibilities :  - End-to-end management of key training initiatives including the Corporate Induction, email-base learning modules, online learning and open workshops  - Creating communication, managing calendar, providing reports and updates for all initiatives  - Work closely with L&D Head to manage longer duration workshops, including for identified top talent  - Speak with business on learning needs and find appropriate partners to work with to address the same  - Work with management on special projects and devising appropriate learning programmes  - Device and deploy learning driven engagement programmes with speakers, authors etc  Performance Measures :  - Delivering to deadlines  - Analysis and reporting  - Successful implementation of action plans  - Ability to identify high-quality relevant training programs  - Feedback from key stakeholders  Qualification :  - Minimum qualification of a Management degree from a tier 1 institution in L&D stream 6 to 10 years of work experience  - Exposure to global business / people management / learning and talent in a multinational would be of benefit  Knowledge & Skills :  - Previous knowledge of working in another corporate or a learning & development company is a must  - Any job experience which demonstrates people, decision-making skills, global exposure  - Clearly demonstrated communication skills both written and oral, with a sense of aesthetics
