ABOUT THE ROLE:   Use data analysis techniques and big data capability to predict and influence business outcomes  CONTEXT   Responsible for data science behind all user growth and retention initiatives and help monitor and optimize program, channel and communication performance to drive strategic and tactical decision making  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Generate data-based insights that help to launch user acquisition, retention and churn management programs and impactful, effective marketing campaigns  - Develop predictive models and frameworks based on the customer life cycle to assist in user acquisition and churn forecasting  - Develop in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve marketing initiatives  - Dive deep into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for product and process improvement  - Coordinate internally to share key learnings with internal team and lead to accelerated user growth  - Partner with marketing, content and product teams to influence and drive campaigns  QUALIFICATION   - Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration/Statistics/Operational Research/Mathematics with an experience of 6+ years  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   - 6+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics/Modeling, preferably in a digital business  - Proven experience in data modeling, predictive analysis and working on large, complex, multi-dimensional dataset using a variety of tools such as R or Python. Experience in Big Data technologies is a big plus.
