Lead Distribution Operations  Context :  This is a pan India role and will be responsible of management of the operations function through management of sales administration, backend processes, management of inventory, processes & systems and co-ordination with broadcasters, partners and vendors.  Key Responsibilities :  Revenue Assurance :   - Ensure timely Issuance of invoices  - Timely agreement updation  - Timely revenue booking  - Timely collection updation  Effective Implementation & Compliance of Co. Policies & Processes :   - Ensure user training, adherence & compliance of the existing Policies & Processes  - Distributor Management - Regular audits/Billing Confirmation / Outstanding Reviews  - Inventory Management  - Sales Support including timely Monthly reports / data to the business  Access to encryption systems for no outage of activation's /de-activation's :   - Co-ordination with broadcasters and vendors to ensure zero outages of services  Systems Development and Process Improvisation :   - Automation of key business processes  - Robust SMS system  People Development :   - Acquire best of talent for the category in the industry   - Ensure development of talent through training, performance mgmt & on the job learning  - Engage and build a collaborative & high performance team  Qualification : CA or MBA / PGDBM in Finance  Knowledge & Skills :  - 12-15 years of relevant experience in a large sized organization  - In-depth knowledge of managing large back-end revenue booking and collections mgmt. processes  - Exposure to project management tools or Six-Sigma processes will be an advantage
