Context:  - Star India’s unique core asset is the industry-leading entertainment and sports content. The company is targeting bringing its popular content for the mass consumer-on-the-go. This will entail tailor-making availability of content on various digital platforms and facilitation of content acquisition by the consumer. The latter will be made possible by offering a plethora of choices for making payments via various form factors (paper, mobile, plastic etc) and with flexible denominations.   - The position will lead innovation and partnerships to bring the consumer closer to acquiring and consuming Star content by building an ecosystem and suite of payment and distribution partnerships. The partnerships will be across the value chain of content access and consumption - devices, payment platforms, aggregation platforms.   - The role will demonstrate the value of Star network to potential partners through insights that will help them grow their business.  Key Responsibilities:  - Drive partnerships for consumer access to Star digital content  - Payments platform for Star digital: Partnerships with payments services networks and product issuers  - Cross sell partnerships  - Analytics  Qualification:  - Strong education background, Post graduate qualification in management.  - 10-12 years of work experience  Knowledge & Skills:  - Must understand devices (mobiles, laptops, tablets) and related services (data, content / value added services, payments) ecosystem  - Demonstrated ability to forge successful partnerships  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  - Confident and non-hierarchical thinker.  - Good organization and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic business environment.  Personal Attributes:  - High on energy, assertive and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.  - Must have demonstrated ownership traits, driven, and mature enough to handle senior level relationships.  - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
