Job Description  1. To direct and Control operations of the Payments team and ensure that the established service standards are met.  2. To provide support to all products and services assigned to them.  3. To supervise the activity of the Payments Service Centre and ensure that the standards and benchmarks set for the sections are being adhered to and to perform the necessary authorizations / checks on processing.  4. To maintain all required controls and procedures.  5. To maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of the Other Sections / Divisions of the Bank.  6. Good knowledge of FEMA and other regulatory guidelines  7. Good Banking Experience, Knowledge of STS is added advantage  8. To lead the team from front  Roles and Responsibilities  - Should maintain bank level parameters applicable for UPI such as transaciton limit,   - Maintaining client / merchant enabled on UPI Platform.  - Full fledged client / merchant management  On-boarding of client / merchont on UPI platform  Activation of client  Bulk Upload of Virtual Addresses for Merchants  Bulk Upload of Virtual addresses for payor identification   Sub-merchant creation, validation, commission sharing option with details of collection at sub-merchant level  Maintenance of client / merchant devices based on received request  Set of Charge and Billing for Merchant  - Reconciliation of all UPI Trnasactions and passing appropriate accounting entries  - Generation of MIS / Report for clients.  - Should provide custom narrations per segment or customer (to cater for narration variations by merhcants)  - Setup client on Charge modules at segment level for retail and account level for corporates  - Should provide innovative ways for new business based on client / merchant requirement.  - Setup of limits for the client / merchant  - Recovery of charges from client / merchant based on their billing cycle  - Support inquiry for client / merchant setup and transactions
