Job Title : Senior Facilitator, Band : 6  Reports to : Head - Learning Academy, South Asia  Job Purpose :  - The Senior Facilitator needs to take end-to-end responsibility for Learning & Development for their respective business units.   - He/She represent the L&D team and are the interface with designated business representatives & HR Business Partners in order to understand needs and deliver solutions for the respective businesses.  - To be an enabling force for the Bank to help people be the best they can be. Delivering best in class training to the Bank staff and executing our commitment to business with relentless quality and to the highest standard.   - Be aligned to the Group's strategic intent and priorities and proving we are categorically Here for good.  Key Responsibilities :  Towards the Business and Customers :  - Understand business needs and to implement suitable and effective learning solutions. To have Informal and formal engagement with the business stakeholders to ensure relevance through consultation and partnership  - Engage in performance consulting conversations with the Business, at all levels - identification of learning and performance needs, providing the right and effective solution and use of appropriate channels.  - Help build exemplary service standards and improve the Net Promoter Score by enhancing customer engagement skills  - Must understand One Bank - have a general understanding of the Bank and an indepth understanding of either Retail Clients and / or Commercial Clients / and or Transaction Banking and / or Products  - Passion for customers and for Business and the ability to add value through Learning for Business Outcomes and for People Development  Towards Learners :  - Deliver a cross range of training which would be a combination of product, skill, compliance and leadership training. Delivering 14 days of Training / Facilitation and Coaching every month. Timely and effective execution of all Group and Regulatory Roadmap training  - Understands the concept of learning as a "process rather than an event;" and can identify opportunities and activities to promote transfer before, during, and after the training event.  - Drive strong Performance culture and Improve efficiency/ productivity levels  - Understands and can apply principles of adult learning to training development and delivery.  - This includes engaging learners/supervisors to identify learning needs,helping to set learning objectives, drawing on and incorporating trainees' past experiences and expertise, using experiential and interactive training techniques, helping trainees apply training content to their jobs and creating practice opportunities during the training session  - Be a professional Coach for front line staff and Line Managers Enhance the quality of management and leadership within the network by continuously upgrading management capabilities  - Be an effective facilitator with high energy, good preparation and flexibility to adapt the Training style as per the requirements of the participants.  - Continuously scanning the market practices or researching about effective training practices  - Ensure productivity by achieving the budgeted training mandays  - Create a process of effective pre and post learning engagement for sustainability and for reviewing the impact of Learning  - As a Program Managers for the assigned business, effectively engage with the Business stakeholders  - Champion for the concept and practice of Coaching with Managers at all levels  - Building a Line Trainers Club - to promote a learning culture in the region  - Can adjust his/her presentation methods, use of language, and group management style to achieve the optimal level of formality for the group, and/or to match learners- level of expertise.  Curriculum Development :  - Working with the Facilitators and Program Managers to ensure content development in line with business needs - meets the needs of the customer and the learner.  - Regular reviews of curriculum team - Annual review and online / real time reviews.  - Ensuring appropriate deployment of training methodology / channel to get maximum results i.e. simulation, role plays, games oriented, class room  - To continuously review other internal reports like Fraud Control Unit Newsletter, Service Quality Surveys, Business Operational Risk Group reports to see key points emerging and upgrade curriculum & delivery.  - Ensure Curriculum Development Standards - CADDIE are understood and followed.  - Creation of High quality Assessments creativity in assessment methodology.  Towards Governance, Audit, Process, MIS, Analytics :  - Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory - Group and Local guidelines  - Ensure that the Learning Team is Audit Ready - all Audits / compliance reviews are cleared.  - Follow up and execution of the Self Assessment Checklist.  - To continuously review MIS and take informed decisions  - Be prudent to control cost  - Work closely with the Learning Shared Services Centre for managing pre and post course logistics for training  - Follow all the Ground Rules and Ways of Working in the Learning Academy   Rules of Professionalism in the Learning Academy :  - Embedding principles of Sales Governance, Group Learning Framework  Towards Group, Regional and Country Learning Team :  - Working and collaborating with the Group Learning team to co-create Business solutions  - Structured and informal communication network with the Group Learning Team  - Working closely with the Learning Head to fulfill the Learning Agenda  - Collecting feedback on various training programs and highlighting trends emerging from the feedback received  - Provide ground level feedback from learners & business stakeholders to the Group Team  - Working and Sharing best practices with facilitators in the Learning Academy  Knowledge / Skills :  Knowledge :  - Experience in / or Commercial Clients and / or Transaction Banking and / or Wealth / Products  - 5 -10 years plus of relevant experience in Business and / or Training  - Good Communication, Effective delivery, Insightful Consulting  - Knowledge and Understanding of the Banking Business  - Passion for Learning, trends in Learning Methodology  Skills :  -
