ROLE :   Business Title : Manager  Grade : Band 6   Business Unit : 168  Location : Mumbai  Reports to : Sr Manager - Finance  Purpose :  The role involves preparation of annual accounts (as per IFRS and Indian accounting standards for Bank and its subsidiaries) and providing MI and analysis on local results/ Group results to the management.  Responsibilities :   Key Responsibilities :  - Involvement in closing of the annual accounts based on Indian GAAP and IFRS, including liaison with external and internal auditors.  - Providing analytical review and other MI related to Group/ local / regulatory reporting to the management.  - Ensuring compliance to the IFRS, local accounting standards and Group control policies.  - Implementation/ migration to Ind AS   Knowledge, Skills And Experience :  - Candidate should have CA qualification  - Relevant work experience of minimum 6-7 years  - Should be conversant with financial analysis tools  - Should be a resilient, self starter with well developed communication & inter-personal skills and a team player
