Staffing/Resource Management Role - Management Consulting Firm (3-5 yrs)
We have an opportunity with one of the leading MNCs in Management Consulting industry for Gurgaon.
Looking for a street smart, proactive person who can manage global clients and stakeholders in the following activities;
Global staffing Management : Identification of the potential candidates, shortlisting the candidates for specific projects
Resource Management: Project allocations to the internal resources
Demand & Supply management: Monitoring and meet the clients' requirements
Query Management: Employee engagements, rapport building
Internal staffing process: Logistics & Visa management
Education Required: Full time - MBA
Experience required: 3-5 years
Candidates with relevant background from MNCs, IT companies, etc are preferred.
