Brief Profile: We are looking for a person with an overall 10-15 years experience with at least 4+ years in talent acquisition/staffing.

The person would need to support staffing for different SBU(s) spread across locations. The role would require working closely with various stakeholders in developing & execution of staffing strategy for their respective business units.

The individual should have the ability to set up and scale the recruitment process for any new LOB.

We are looking at candidates who have experience of having worked in organizations with global exposure or in a matrixed environment. Candidates with functional experience across different industry skills sets like IT/FMCG/Engineering/Manufacturing would be an added advantage.
