SSA Business Solutions - Manager - Marketing Communication (3-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
- The Marketing & Digital Communications Manager is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
- This will be achieved through a combination of corporate communications, Public Relations and e-marketing development communication strategies
- On the basis of the agreed strategy, devise will be responsible for the delivery of the Annual Marketing & Communications Plan. This will include plans for the marketing and communications budget, demonstrating value for money and return on investment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:
- a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and the Industry, and facilitate internal and external communications; and,
- all Organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations and so forth.
- Managing and Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.
- In conjunction with the management team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SSA.
- Manage the corporate website ensuring content is up-to-date and that the appropriate SEO is in place for maximized visibility.
- Responsible for creating white papers, case studies. Designing and executing newsletters, magazines etc.
- Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships
- Responsible for scanning business Landscape - industry research, trends etc
- Print and Social Media
- Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales
- Identify appropriate print and social media channels for targeted campaigns
- Transform content to ensure easy sharing with social networks
- Continue to build and maintain SSA's strong online reputation, and be its biggest advocate in the print and social world
- Manage the - facilitation- of key social media
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate preferably in Economics.
- MBA degree in marketing, communications and/or related field from Tier 1 or 2 college
Location: Mumbai
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-8 years of marketing communications, Brand and PR experience. Having demonstrated expertise in corporate positioning and messaging
- Experience of managing budgets and maximizing their effectiveness
- Working knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
- Ability to work with agencies to create corporate videos, etc.
- Have experience in content development, making presentations, industry research, tracking economies. As well as published articles, blogs, written magazines etc
- Have experience in managing B2B marketing through road shows, CXO forums, online community building etc
- Experience in overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications
- An ability to work independently and take decisions - but know when to seek guidance and deliver to deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Copywriting and copyediting
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
- The ideal candidate will be smart, creative, highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter
