Skills Requirements:  - Experience in planning and execution of Paid Marketing Campaigns in Search, Display and Social Media. [e.g. Adwords, Bing PPC campaigns, Display Ads, Re-marketing Ads, Facebook PPC, Twitter ads, LinkedIn Ads, Other Direct Media Buys, Mobile Campaigns]  - Deep experience in running these campaigns on performance basis, for in-house companies.  - Preferred experience in managing medium or large campaigns for E-commerce industry.   - Should be able to establish keywords and placements strategies (list building and keyword expansion).   - Skill of writing clear, concise search ad copies,that can give high quality score.   - Ability to manage & execute campaigns end to end. Hands on Marketer is a must.  - Should be able to Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.   - Deliver comprehensive campaign analytics including, but not always limited to, paid search insights   - Identify testing or optimization opportunities and develop testing strategies across various digital channels as needed (e.g., A B testing, multivariate); report on testing results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.   Candidate Requirements:   - 3 to 6 years’ experience managing Adwords PPC or Facebook PPC campaigns, along with some exposure in media buying and running display campaigns.   - Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment   - Passion for Internet and digital marketing.   - Team player with drive and enthusiasm.   - Responsible Risk Taker, with ability to drive and grow media spends profitably.   - Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities   About Us:   Srijan Capital is an unique and one of its kind startup builder in India.
