Relationship Manager
Function : Infrastructure Project Finance
Location : Chennai
Purpose of the Role : BD and Relationship Management. Will be handling the regions of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and would be based out of Chennai
Conversant with Clientele in the Corporate Banking/Large Corporate Domain :
- The candidate should have worked as a Relationship Manager role dealing with clients in Corporate Banking or Large Corporate Financing Sector.
- The candidate should be aware of the big names in the Chennai and Bangalore market and should have interacted with the CFOs/ Promoters of such company.
- Exposure towards Infrastructure Segment should be desirable.
- Conversant in Local language is an addendum.
Relationship Management Skills :
- The candidate should have good understanding of Credit and should be well versed with Balance sheet and understanding of the financial data.
- He should have worked in an environment dealing with Credit/ Risk, Legal, Credit Administration departments for documentation and disbursement of Loans.
- He should have done client management which would involve managing of the account to ensure regular repayments, review of the accounts.
Credit Appraisal :
- The candidate should basic credit appraisal skills in assessing the various proposals before putting up them for approval.
- Able to prepare a Credit Note is imperative.
Key Competencies :
- Knowledge of Credit in general and Project Finance in particular
- Good communication and Presentation Skills
- Flair for Business Development
