Sr VP - Operations - API - Pharma (15-20 yrs)
Major Purpose of the Job:
- Overall responsible for effective Production, Engineering & EHS operations Plant
- To ensure in time availability of First time Right Quality material to achieve Topline & Bottom line on month on month basis.
- To ensure all the operations carried out during production are in compliance with cGMP & EHS norms
- To ensure cost effective operations by maintaining effectivity of the operations.
- To increase competency level of the team through trainings & initiatives.

- To ensure effective cost effective CSBU Operations by achieving budgeted saving as per plan
Compliance:
- To ensure effective operations of the plant maintaining all legal current applicable rules and regulations
