Sr VP - Head Credit - SME/LAP - NBFC

Key responsibilities include:

1. Establishment of policies and procedures for operational & functional control across the company network and ensure staff orientation and sound implementation.

2. Regular Credit Risk Portfolio Monitoring and Collateral Management/Monitoring for checking and controlling on Frauds/Delinquencies.

3. Ensuring that the necessary back office IT, administrative and control systems are in place

4. Hold responsibility for implementation of high standards of internal control and procedures in order to safeguard the institutions operations assets and data.

5. Define a risk-based approach to identifying, monitoring, measuring and reporting various types of Credit/operational and market risks and liaise with the related departments to ensure the framework is in place across the bank

6. Monitor capital adequacy by estimating the Company's risk weighted assets, Tier I and Tier II capital

7. Perform review of the company's products and processes and provide risk mitigation controls Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) indicators/ parameters

8. Overseeing operational & support functions including Admin and IT and ensuring proper and excellent services are provided
