Job Description:

Reporting to the CFO, you would be responsible for:

- Developing Company's Long Range Plan (3 year Strategy) and Short Range Outlook

- Developing and tracking of Annual Operating Plans

- Deal evaluation and post merger integration

- Driving Business Intelligence

- Management reporting

- Financial oversight

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 15 - 18 years of experience within Corporate FP&A in a large setup.

- A strong knowledge on cost management in a regional/global capacity is a must for this role.

- You would possess financial accounting knowledge with sound understanding of revenue, capital, balance sheet, cost and head count measures.

- You would have the ability to take initiative, engage effectively with offshore clients and excellent people management skills.
