The position is of Sr. V.P Sales for an International Credit Solutions Company for Mumbai Location

Duties & Responsibilities

- Handling marketing and sales cycles independently and having P&L responsibilities through the ownership of new product rollouts & revenue generation.

- Guarantee the managing sales activities of the assigned Sales Units

- Improve and develop the business marginality.

- Define the commercial strategies for the market of reference by ensuring their full implementation.

- Guarantee the implementation of fidelity policies of his/her clients portfolio by ensuring the up selling and cross selling optimization.

- Ensure internal procedures to be respected as well as all information tools to be used, so to foster the corporate CRM.

- Collaborate at the definition of new sales strategies by suggesting new suitable sales actions on the base of the information collected from the market

- Guarantee the professional growth of the sales professionals he/she coordinates. Produce and present effective material for the professional development of all team members based on own experience i.e case studies, knowledge documents, framework documents

- Strategic Planning & Product Management: Identify requirements of the customer, gaps as well as the competition's products and services, opportunities for projects or new services that can generate revenue not only from the customer but from the industry - constantly monitor and share findings with the Product team & the management team to shape the way forward for the business.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operation, IT areas in the definition and development of new products/services, providing market feedbacks on the competitors initiatives as well as on the customers behavior.

- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product

- Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.

- Promote innovation, wiretap, analyze and evaluate new opportunities

- Drive the sales organization needed to ensure the achievement of all BU revenue targets in the assigned region

- Directs business development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals

- Adheres to Management/HR processes and procedures. Delivers on-time Performance reviews to reporting staff.

- Creates accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations, shares information and ideas with others

- Ability to maintain and grow the customers network and portfolio in accordance to business needs

- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in managing work, processes, and people
