We have an urgent multiple openings for Sr. US IT Recruitment - Lead with Leading IT MNC CMMI5 In Mumbai.
- 3+ years of Strong US Recruitment Experience/should have directly dealt with clients
- IC Role for US IT & Non IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication
Joining Location: M3 (Andheri) Mumbai
- Starts with Requirement Gathering - Sourcing - Screening - Short listing - Interview Scheduling -Confirmation/Offer - Paperwork (includes: Pre-Employment Background Check, Offer Letter, i9 Form, etc.) -Delivery
- Just note down the domains. Ideal candidate should have some experience in hiring people from Sales, Retail, etc.
- Most of the candidates that you may come across would be from IT Recruiting/Staffing.
Our first preference would be to have someone from Non-IT Recruiting background. But we can consider candidates from IT Recruiting as well if they are interested to move to Non IT.
