We have an excellent position and an urgent requirement for Senior Specialist - Instructional Design for the Educational vertical for MNC Based company-Mumbai-Andheri(E)

Job Description:

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Educational vertical

Specific skills:

- Role in the education vertical will center around curriculum design, copy and content writing, client interaction and this would be US clients

- Excellent English Communication Skills are a must

- TOEFL/ILTES Certification ideal

- Teaching background preferred

- Candidates who are freelancers and looking for a corporate role - we are open

- Journalist, content writers clients is open

- Experience in Instructional Design,Design of CBT/WBT Is essential

- Experience in developing different training product types, such as ILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.

- Leading/developing different training product types, such as Application simulations, ILTs/vILTs and WBTs.

- Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBTs, CBTs(Computer Based training)/ILT (Instructor Led Training)

- Work with different types of input material to create instructional content

- Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content

- Create/use templates in developing instructional materials

- Visualize Content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.

- Apply basic technical knowledge of LMS and framework to design

- Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of courseware development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora

- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team-building skills

- Design assessments using different methodologies

- Implement Learning Evaluation projects

- Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices

- Perform requirement analysis on customer's requirements and identify/propose a solution

- Handle projects independently, interact with clients, and manage the delivery team

- Lead teams to execute projects in terms of the contractual obligations, timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope

- Collaborate with subject matter experts

- Create storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended)

- Be involved in project and resource planning

- Lead and train team members to provide end-to-end learning solution

- Team building and development

- Manage direct client communications and client expectations

- Review team members work for relevance and quality

- Grow client accounts through joint ownership with business managers, vertical teams and sales person handling the account

- Develop and encourage non-traditional solutions to problems / challenges.

- Assist in managing development project and help plan priority of projects.

- Train and develop team members (vendor's and off-site) to deliver expected quality on projects.

- Keep abreast of the current learning and development industry trends.

- Handle Learning Consultancy projects
