Sr SAP Basis Consultant (12-16 yrs)
We have openings for Sr. SAP Basis Consultants for a top IT MNC in Bangalore. Pls. find below the JD for the same.
- 12 - 14 Years of Experience as a Senior SAP BASIS Technical Manager with strong experience in Packaging Solutions and Managing Global Shared Service Delivery.
- Must have the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team of SAP Consultants to deliver incremental, small scale continuous improvement to the Shared Services SAP solution in order to deliver process efficiency
- Should have managed multiple SAP Customers through Global Delivery and must have ability to work across Business Areas (Multiple Internal and External Stake Holders) to Enable Integrated Delivery Model.
- Ability to build quick time to value solutions for customers by addressing specific business needs or building more complex solutions in a modular approach is essential
- Prior experience successfully positioning packaged solutions for volume adoption preferred
- Strong Communication and SAP Presales Skills are mandatory
- Strong Experience with executing implementation and support projects involving SAP Business Suite Applications including SAP ERP, CRM, SCM and SRM, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager is required.
- Basic Understanding of SAP Functional Modules and Functionality of SAP Components is mandatory.
- Solid Business Consulting and Project Management Capabilities is highly recommended.
