Position - Sr. Sales Support Specialist;

Location - Gurgaon

candidate should be working with these company- Castrol,Shell, cairn, Totaloil, petrotube etc.or any lubricant company

Sales Operations Training and Development Specialist within Company's Global Sales Excellence function. This position will play an important role in developing global training and development programs, standards, work processes, and tools to support Sales Force Deployment. The role will focus on the development of Sales and Sales Support staff across all Company business groups. The Training and Development Specialist in Des Plaines will work closely with the Sales and Business groups, Sales Operations Managers, CRM Specialists and other Training and Development Specialists located globally.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business or related field.

- Minimum 3 years experience in an external customer facing business, training, Sales or Project Sales position.

- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Additional Candidate Qualifications:

- Knowledge/experience in Sale's work processes.

- Training and development expertise.

- Data collection and analysis capability.

- Proven ability to interface with multi-functional team members.

- Results-oriented and customer focused.

- Strong communications skills - oral, written and presentation.

- Willingness and ability to use CRM systems, Breeze, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP related tools.

- Six Sigma process and tool application expertise..
