Job Description :

Designing the sales strategy branch wise for the brand

Forecasting & Budgeting Sales for the brand branch wise

Monitoring & driving sales on a regular basis

Good understanding of the market & the competition

Market development ( width & depth of distribution - KDS, MDS etc )

Strictly adhering to the FIFO for appliances & FEFO for Food & FMCG.

Ensuring the stock take including PI is done as per the schedule

Handling the Market Visit of the Principal

Reports & MIS to Principals on a regular intervals

Distributor Expansion

New Distributor appointment

Reviewing performance of distributors

Implementation of the BTL ( Principal ) within the set norm

Implementation of the BTL ( FMCL ) within the set norm

Ensuring timely distribution of schemes & gifts to the distributors
