We have the following requirement with our client an e-commerce company-Chennai
Position: Sr. Sales Manager
Experience & Education:
- MBA from premier institutes, 6 - 10 years of experience in leading Banks, Insurance companies or NBFCs with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management.
Travel Involved: 40-50%
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership to Develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at national level (banks and financial institutions) critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth
- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Bank Partners
- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients
- Support, develop, and execute the firm’s strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance
- Strong Analytical skills with good command over excel
- Have been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating
- Have handled a team
- Have shown the willingness to stay at a place for atleast 2+ years in past
