Position: Sr Position in Training & Development (9-12 yrs)
Role:
- The role involves 60% of Learning Design, OD etc. and 40% of L&D operations/ Delivery
- To improve organisational effectiveness
- Responsible for building employee capabilities across areas
- Delivery of outstanding functional and other training and performance improvement solutions
- Build strong alliances with support groups and global partners to implement learning best practices
- Lead teams
- Manage reviews of L&D program effectiveness
Requirements:
- 9-12 yrs of experience in L&D Program Management/ Instructional Design
- Experience and ability in managing a team
- Good Communication and People management skills
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Should have worked in an MNC environment
Location: Bangalore
