We have an immediate requirement for Talent Acquisition/ Staffing lead for a leading Manufacturing / Engineering Organisation at Delhi/NCR
Candidates Skills required:
- Experience From Manufacturing And Engineering Industry Only
- Full Time Graduate /MBA/ Post Graduate with exp of 11- 15 yrs and good experience in leadership hiring
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling Leadership hiring & partners with leadership to identify talent needs, and facilitates workforce planning
- Working with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
- Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders , vendors, and other team members .
- Regularly interacts with hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the business needs.
