Sr Role - Strategy & Strategic Initiatives

Position: Senior position in Strategy and Strategic Initiatives

Job Purpose: Formulating the overall strategy road map for the Company with clear objectives for short term as well as long term goals. Manage and lead strategic initiatives. Envision the future of the Industry with a view to make the Company the preferred Player.

Role:

- Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives from inception phase.

- Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plans. Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.

- Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities

- Partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives.

- Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans

- Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies.

- Communicate and enable the company strategy internally and externally so that all employees, partners and vendors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.

Requirements:

- MBA from a Premier Institute

- 11-14 yrs of progressive management experience preferably in the Management Consulting industry

- Working knowledge of good management practices, management financial accounting and reporting, human resource planning and implementation, Information Technology, customer networking, legal considerations and responsibilities in regulatory issues, contract negotiations, and professional leadership development and training

- Ability to lead and inspire employees, prioritize responsibilities, supervise and motivate subordinates

- Must have an understanding of budgeting and project planning.

- Strong interpersonal, written and analytical skills
