Team Leadership Capabilities – Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports initially, which will grow to 20-25 in 1-2 years  4. Performance management by setting KRAs, guiding and providing the team direction to achieve it.  5. Identify skill gaps in the current setup and mentor/ coach to build capabilities  6. Hire key talent where required  Cross functional team leadership  1. Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development.  2.
