Position: Senior Position in L&D
Role:
- To look after the L&D function at the Company
- Would report into the Head-HR
- Role includes Conceptualisation, Design and Delivery across the group - of both technical and behavioral skills
- Responsible for employee development, skill enhancement, competency mapping, content creation, delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness
- The incumbent should be strong in some areas (skill areas/soft skills) so as to be able to design and deliver content on those areas
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) with 10-20 years of experience with experience in leading the L&D function in a highly professional process-driven company
- The incumbent should be strong in some areas (skill areas/soft skills) so as to be able to design and deliver content on those areas
- Should have good exposure to employee development, skill enhancement, competency mapping, content creation, delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate, impart learning and work with all levels of staff at the corporate offices, sales force etc.
