Role – HR- Consulting

Location – Bangalore, Kolkata & Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibility :

1. Engagement Leadership and Delivery – Capability to lead and execute Organization Change Management engagements in some/ all of these strategy Consulting Interventions including Stakeholder Alignment, Communications Strategy , Communications Execution, Benefits Realization (KPI Tracking), Organization Design, Job / Role Mapping etc

2. Business Development – Sell engagements, Create and deliver client presentations, engage in proposals / pursuits in OCM and other Strategic Service Offerings

3. Practice Development – Author and publish thought papers , white papers and other Intellectual Capital to enhance the brand of CBC Strategic Services. Additional responsibility will be Recruiting, Training and Mentoring junior members

Experience Desired :

1. 8-12 years of consistent Consulting Advisory experience, including PMS, Organization Change Management for large technology implementation and Strategic Sourcing engagements

2. Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills

3. MBA from a Tier 1 Business School

4. Behavioral Traits : Self-Starter , Motivated, Entrepreneurial
