CRM Consulting – Sr. Level

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in CRM Consulting – Sr. Level for a leading Consulting organisation at Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Required Skills: MBA from good institutes with exp of 11- 15 yrs and good knowledge in CRM Consulting with knowledge of technologies like CRM platforms like salesforce.com, Billing solutions like Amdocs etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Providing advise to clients on a wide range of Customer Service Management issues like Service Strategy & Governance, Process Excellence & Integration, Service Operations and Managed Services

- Lead teams to solution, scope and deliver on client assignment in global settings.

- Involved in Strategy Definition and Operating Model Design, Customer Segmentation and Customer Experience design and execution
