Sr Role - Compensation & Benefits/Rewards - ITES

We have an immediate requirement for Compensation & Benefit ( Reward) for a leading ITES Organisation at Bangalore

Candidates Skills required:

- Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate with exp of 11- 15 yrs and good experience C & B (rewards)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for implementing global standards for reward and analytics eg pay banding, use of salary surveys

- Proactively manage relationship with HRO for all reward, reporting and analytics services delivered

- Develop and manage Regional Total Rewards Programs

- Responsible for Annual Budgeting, Manpower Planning & Cost Management across businesses, functions & locations

- Engage with HR Directors to shape best practice and creative strategies to support business needs on reward and analytics
