Sr. Position in Comp & Ben (10-15 yrs) at a Leading Captive
Role:
- He/she will be responsible to plan for, manage, execute and communicate localized compensation & benefits in accordance with aligning it with the overall organizational philosophy and industry practice
- Responsible for all compensation benchmarking and benefits surveys projects as well as conduct necessary analysis of the survey results and recommend C&B solution to ensure market competitiveness
- Budgeting and planning for all compensation related activities
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
- Communication of compensation and benefits practices within the organization as required to appropriate stakeholders
- Partner with HRBP, Staffing, and Executive Council(Leadership team) to understand emerging management needs in Total Rewards, and identify and help build action plans to address them properly
- Oversees administration of related HR/Compensation programs including global expatriate assignment and relocation
Performance Management
- Administer the performance management process
- Review and monitor the progress of performance evaluations
- Communication of process, guidelines to stakeholders in the organization
Requirements:
- He/she must have a proven track record with compensation and benefits management, ideally at a multi-national organization. A minimum of 8+ yrs experience in both compensation and benefits is absolutely required
- He/she will be well-versed in local employment practices and emerging trends related to compensation and benefits, and maintain a strong network of contacts
- He/she will be responsible for aspects of various functions within the Total Rewards/Compensation and beyond compensation and benefits including Expat relocation and Policies
